• Select Your Dates: Use the live availability calendar on the product page to select your wedding weekend.

A few days before your wedding, you will visit our Auckland studio to collect your pieces. This face-to-face handover ensures absolute security, a flawless fit, and complete peace of mind.

• The Final Check: Try the jewellery on one last time alongside your team to ensure you are completely in love with the look.
• Secure Fastening Demonstration: Because our luxury fleet is structurally engineered to the highest standard, our pieces feature premium, heavy-duty safety mechanisms. Our workshop team will personally demonstrate exactly how these specialized safety catches operate, showing you how to safely put the jewellery on and take it off. This hands-on tutorial ensures the risk of accidental loss on the day is minimized, leaving you to dance with absolute confidence.
• The Security Protocol: To protect our fine jewellery assets, our team will take a secure digital copy of your government-issued photo ID (NZ Driver’s Licence or Passport) and a matching proof of address.
• The Stripe Hold: We will finalise your rental payment and place a temporary pre-authorisation security hold on a valid credit card via Stripe. This hold acts as your capped loss excess and is completely released when the items return.

• The Workshop Inspection: Our jewellers will perform a quick stone-security and laser-inscription check under the loupe.
