How long does it take to craft?
Crafting your custom engagement ring or fine jewellery takes 6-8 weeks. Once completed and the final payment is made, we will deliver it discreetly directly to your home, work, or nominated address.
How will I receive my order?
Delivering to a nominated residential or business address (no PO boxes allowed) or Delivering to a NZ Post Shop that allows counter delivery
How will my item ship?
NZ orders will ship via NZ Post overnight service; a signature is required upon delivery.
International orders ship DHL worldwide express and also require a signature on delivery.
Is my item insured?
Yes, your package is insured from leaving our studio until you sign for it.
Is your packaging discrete?
Yes! Your order will arrive in plain black packaging with only a shipping label on the outer box. The sender details will be discrete as well.
Returns
What is the return policy?
As all our engagement rings and wedding bands are made to order we do not accept any returns so please choose your jewellery purchases carefully. We will replace or repair any items that are deemed to have a manufacturing defect (please refer to our current sales terms and conditions printed on the back of quotes and invoices for this information). If you have any questions please contact us.
MOHSTEN are not in any way liable for general wear and tear; physical/accidental damage; scratches, dents or marks to any metal surface; damage caused to the jewellery by you or another party; loss of gemstones or diamonds; loss or theft of an item.
Resizing & Maintance
Do you offer a free resize?
Yes, all NZ orders for engagement rings and wedding bands come with one free resizing (within 2 UK sizes) + round trip shipping within 90 days of receiving your ring.
International orders for engagement rings and wedding bands also come with one free resizing, excluding shipping. The cost of shipping is based on the value of the ring.
Some rings can be resized 2 or more sizes, but this may come with an additional cost.
Do you offer maintance?
All Mohsten white gold items are rhodium plated to give a bright white finish to the jewellery. This plating will be worn away under normal wear and tear. Rhodium plating needs to be replaced through the lifetime of the jewellery at the customer's expense.
