At MOHSTEN, we believe the journey of your jewellery should be as seamless as the design process itself. We provide a secure, fully insured, and discreet delivery service from our Remuera studio to your doorstep.

We are proud to offer complimentary, fully insured shipping on all orders within New Zealand, with no minimum spend required.

Cost: Free of charge.

Provider: All domestic parcels are sent via NZ Post Overnight Courier.

Security: Every shipment is Signature Required. For your security, we do not ship to PO Boxes, ensuring your piece is handed directly to you or your recipient.

We regularly work with clients in Perth and across Australia, as well as the rest of the world.

Australia: Flat rate of $30 NZD via DHL Express (3-5 business days).

Rest of World: Flat rate of $50 NZD via DHL Worldwide Express (5-10 business days).

Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to local taxes or customs duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We understand that many MOHSTEN pieces are intended as surprises.

The Outer Box: Your order will arrive in a plain, unbranded outer box to keep the contents a secret.

Sender Details: For security, the sender name on the shipping label is listed as 'M. Studio' rather than 'Mohsten Jewellers.'

Full Insurance: Your piece is fully insured by MOHSTEN from the moment it leaves our studio until the moment you sign for it.

In-Stock & Ready-to-Wear: These pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order: These pieces generally take 6–8 weeks to craft. We will provide a specific timeline during your consultation.

Repairs: Once your repair is completed, it is returned via our free, overnight secure service.

If you would prefer to collect your piece in person, we offer a private pickup service at our Remuera studio. Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout, and we will contact you to arrange a secure time for your visit.
