All Mohsten products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, damage due to misuse, or loss of stones.

Mohsten is not responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, customs clearance, or postal service issues.

We offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom-made items, personalized pieces, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please contact our customer service team for return authorization and instructions.
