Return the jewellery safely to our studio after your wedding weekend. 100% of your rental fee is converted directly into MOHSTEN Store Credit, giving you a head-start on your permanent fine jewellery collection later.

- How it works: Your accumulated rental credit can be redeemed against any permanent fine jewellery piece valued at three times (3x) the credit amount or more.
- Renting a single piece? A $300 hire fee becomes a $300 credit toward any stunning fine jewellery piece worth $900 or more.
- Renting the full suite? Pool your credit. A $900 suite hire becomes a $900 credit toward a major heirloom piece worth $2,700 or more.

How much does it cost to reserve my pieces online today?
Absolutely nothing. You can check weekend availability and lock in your pieces via our website for $0. All payments and security protocols are handled in person during your studio pickup.
How do returns work for store credit?
It is incredibly simple. Once your rented pieces are returned on time and verified by our workshop team, the exact dollar amount you paid for the hire is applied directly to your customer profile as store credit.
To make it easy to grow your forever collection, you can use this credit on any full-priced fine jewellery item that is at least three times (3x) the value of your credit. Your credit sits securely on your profile for three (3) full years from the date of issue, giving you plenty of time to choose the perfect piece to mark a special anniversary or milestone.
Do you offer courier delivery within New Zealand?
To guarantee absolute security, pristine presentation, and a perfect fit, our 'Something Borrowed' collection is strictly limited to in-studio collection and return at our Auckland location.
What happens if a piece is accidentally damaged during my wedding?
We want you to enjoy your day. Every rental includes complimentary MOHSTEN Care Cover, which protects you from full retail replacement costs for minor accidental damage or wear. Significant damage or loss will be assessed by our workshop, and a partial repair or studio excess fee may apply.
What security measures do you require at pickup?
During your studio collection, we require a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and a temporary pre-authorisation security hold on a credit card via Stripe. This hold is fully released the moment the jewellery is safely returned.
What happens if my wedding date changes or I need to cancel my reservation?
Because our online reservation system requires $0 upfront, modifying or cancelling your booking is entirely stress-free. If your wedding timeline changes, simply contact our studio team as soon as possible to adjust your dates, subject to calendar availability. We kindly ask for at least 7 days' notice out of courtesy to other brides who may be waiting for those exact pieces.
