There is no greater compliment to our craft than when a MOHSTEN collector introduces our bespoke craft to their inner circle.
We created The MOHSTEN Circle to celebrate these introductions. Whether you are helping a friend find their perfect engagement ring or an everyday staple, we want to reward that trust with an experience that reflects the luxury of our studio.
When you refer a first-time client to MOHSTEN for an investment piece (valued at $2,500 or more), both you and your friend receive an exclusive benefit:
- For Your Friend: They will receive a $300 credit toward their first MOHSTEN piece, ensuring their journey into our collection begins with something truly special.
- For You: As a thank you, once their purchase is complete, you can choose your preferred reward: An Evening of Dining: A $150 voucher to enjoy at a local Restaurant. Or grow Your Collection: A $300 Collector’s Credit to be used toward your next MOHSTEN investment of $2,500 or more.
It is our way of ensuring that the beauty of bespoke design is celebrated both in the studio and out in the world.
Please note: All values are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). For our international clients, rewards and investment thresholds will be issued at their equivalent value in your local currency.
Terms & Conditions: The MOHSTEN Referral Program
1. The Invitation
The MOHSTEN Referral Program is designed to thank our loyal collectors for sharing our architectural vision with their inner circle.
2. Eligible Referrals
- A "Successful Referral" is defined as a first-time client who completes a purchase of a single item valued at $2,500 NZD or more.
- The Referral Reward is triggered only once the new client's order has been paid in full and the 14-day return window has passed.
3. The Referrer’s Reward (Your Choice)
Upon a successful referral, the Referrer may choose one of the following:
- Option A: The Dining Experience. A $150 voucher. Vouchers are subject to the restaurant's own terms and expiry dates.
- Option B: The Collector’s Credit. A $300 MOHSTEN Studio Credit to be used toward a future purchase of an item valued at $2,500 NZD or more. Also note the credit can accumulate.
4. The Referee’s Reward (Your Friend's Benefit)
- The referred client will receive a one-time $300 discount to be applied to the final balance of their first bespoke commission or finished piece valued at $2,500 NZD or more.
- This offer applies exclusively to completed fine jewellery. It cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be applied solely toward loose gemstone purchases, initial design sketches, or bespoke workshop fees.
5. Limitations & Exclusions
- Referral rewards are not retroactive and must be disclosed at the time of the initial consultation or checkout.
- Collector’s Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- We reserve the right to modify or end the program at any time.
International Clients: All monetary values stated in these terms are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). International referrals and rewards will be calculated and applied at the equivalent value in your local currency.
