Step 3: Try On & Collect In-Studio Visit our Auckland Studio for your private styling try-on. We will verify your ID and process your rental payment live on-site. (Please note: This exclusive service is strictly for in-studio pickup and return).

Step 4: Return & Claim Your Store Credit Return the jewellery safely to our studio after your wedding weekend. Once verified by our team, 100% of your rental fee is converted into MOHSTEN Store Credit to use toward your next fine jewellery purchase (T&Cs apply; minimum spend required).

CARE COVER

We want you to enjoy your wedding day without worry. Every rental includes MOHSTEN Care Cover, designed to protect you from facing full retail replacement costs in the event of unforeseen incidents.

Accidental Damage: While minor, everyday wear is completely expected, any significant or structural damage incurred during your hire period will be evaluated by our master workshop. Depending on the extent of the restoration required to return the piece to its flawless state, a partial repair fee may apply.
Loss or Theft: In the rare event a piece is lost or stolen during your hire period, your liability is strictly limited to a fixed studio excess fee rather than the full retail price.
The Verification Rule: To activate this capped liability cover for theft or loss, you must provide our team with an official NZ Police Report and an active File Number within 24 hours of the incident. Without this official police verification, the care cover is completely void, and the hirer remains legally liable for the full retail replacement value of the piece.
