How do bespoke payment terms work?
We operate on a transparent, two-part collaborative partnership. We require a 50% initial deposit to secure your specific certified diamond and begin crafting in our Auckland studio. The remaining 50% balance is only due upon the successful completion and final quality-check of your ring.

What if the ring is the wrong size after the proposal?
This is incredibly common and entirely stress-free. MOHSTEN provides a complimentary initial ring resizing for all of our signature bespoke engagement rings within the first few months of purchase to guarantee a flawless, comfortable fit.
